The backend for selling online, without building it from scratch
Product catalogue, cart and orders with VAT calculation: everything you need to take your B2B business online, with the storefront and the management panel already in place. No server to administer, no updates to watch over.
Every store has its own subdomain, separate data and a nightly backup — with a restore that has been tested, not just promised
Everything you need to run a B2B store
From the catalogue to the order, with tax calculation built in.
Product catalogue
Unlimited items with code, price, VAT rate and a stable URL. Search by name and code, nested categories with no depth limit. The catalogue goes in and out as CSV: bulk import with a preview before anything is written, and the same file sent back to update prices only.
Persistent cart
Works for anonymous visitors and registered customers alike. Someone who adds a product and comes back a week later finds the cart as they left it.
Orders with VAT calculation
The cart becomes an order with lines, net amount and tax broken down per rate, numbered progressively by year.
Promotions and discounts
Discounts applied by themselves in the cart: per product, per category, from a quantity onwards, or as free shipping above a threshold. Discount codes too, for campaigns. Whoever leaves a full cart gets one reminder — just one — if you switch it on.
Calculated shipping
Zones by country, postcode or province, each with its own rates: base price, cost per kg, free-shipping threshold. The cost shown to the customer is always the real one, recalculated by the server on every order.
Store currency
Choose which currency the store sells in — euro, dollar, pound and others — from the panel. Prices, shipping rates and orders follow that choice.
Accounts and access
Sign-up and login for your customers, a protected session with automatic expiry, distinct roles for customers and administrators.
Multiple panel users
Invite your colleagues by email: each one sets their own password from a link, and nobody shares a single login. When someone leaves, you suspend them without erasing their history. How many seats you have is set by the plan.
B2B price lists
Price lists assignable to individual customers, with quantity tiers: the reserved price is visible only after login.
Customer records
Customer records with VAT number, SDI recipient code, PEC, credit limit and payment terms, with multiple users linked to the same record.
Stock and inventory
Stock per warehouse moved by the order: the checkout reserves, fulfilment deducts. A log of every movement and an alert below the minimum stock.
Returns management
The full return cycle: request, acceptance, receipt, inspection and outcome. Returned goods do not go back on sale until you have checked them.
Bookings and appointments
You declare when it is available and with how many places, or let the customer choose the period. A place is taken the moment someone buys it, and the same one is never sold twice: the database prevents it, not a check that two simultaneous clicks could slip past.
Subscriptions and rentals
Fees that renew by themselves at the cadence set by the product, rentals that last a period, cancellation and suspension without losing the history. The customer gets an email the day before the last useful date to cancel.
Digital content
Courses, ebooks and files delivered by themselves on order confirmation, with a personal link you can limit in downloads, expire on a date and revoke. The file is not in a public folder: it can only be reached through the link.
Serial numbers and batches
You load serials in bulk, the system ties them to the order that sold them and can tell you where they went. If a batch needs recalling, it lists the customers to notify; expiry date and UDI code are recorded with the item.
Product variants
Size, colour and format under a single item, each with its own code and stock. Buying one M deducts the Ms, and the number next to the size in the storefront is the real one.
Separate store
Every request is attributed to your store and your data stays separate from other customers'. The separation is verified by automated tests on every code change.
From the catalogue to the order, in four steps
The same path a real customer follows, from the storefront to the order confirmation.
Browse the catalogue
Search products, browse by category, read the product page with price and VAT rate.
Add to cart
The cart stays saved for 30 days, even without logging in.
Log in or sign up
Login with email and password, a protected session that expires by itself.
Place the order
An order with lines, net amount and calculated VAT, available at any time from the history.
We finish the plan before asking you to pay for it
We don't sell promises. You tell us which plan you need, we complete what it is missing, and the fee starts when it's finished — not before. That is why below you find written out in full what is ready today: it's not a list of excuses, it's the point we start from together.
Built, waiting for you
The code is there and it is tested. It does not start on its own because it needs a contract in your company's name: we cannot sign it for you.
Card payments
The integration with Stripe, PayPal, Nexi, Satispay and Banca Sella is written: you choose who collects for you. It needs the credentials of your contract — the provider keeps the fees, we take nothing on your sales.
Your own domain
Included in every plan. Domain recognition is already in the product: as soon as you tell us which one, we point it and activate the certificate. In the meantime the store lives on a subdomain that works from day one.
Shipping labels
Automatic printing of waybills needs the credentials of your contract with the courier. Cost calculation and tracking-code recording already work.
We build it for you
We don't promise dates, we promise the order of work: whoever requests a plan comes first on what that plan includes, and the fee starts when the work is done. Included, at no extra charge — so the product grows on real stores instead of our ideas.
Delivery time on a goods order
Time slots with their places exist, but they are carried by a service or a rental, not by a parcel. For the pizzeria delivering «by 8:30 pm» the missing piece is the one that attaches the slot to an order of physical goods, together with opening hours and special closures.
The rules of a stay
The calendar is there and a night already taken is not resold. What is still missing are the typical hospitality rules: seasonal pricing, minimum nights, the deposit and a cancellation policy of its own, which is not the withdrawal right of a parcel.
Selling on social
Your catalogue inside Facebook and Instagram, and product pages ready to share. The feed that powers Google Shopping already works and is most of the job: what is missing is connecting it to your account and keeping it aligned.
Connected to your management software
Danea Easyfatt, Fatture in Cloud and similar: the catalogue and stock come from there, the store's orders go back, without copying anything by hand. The first step is done — the catalogue is loaded and refreshed in CSV; what is missing is the connection that does it on its own.
Search that understands the sentence
Someone searching for «something for the rain» should find the raincoats, even if that word is not on the product page.
Your app on the phone
Your store installable on the customer's phone, with your name and your icon — no app store, no app to develop.
Suggestions written with AI
Product descriptions and translation drafts proposed by a model — with your API key, so the cost is yours and transparent. You review and confirm: it never publishes on its own.
Everything else you read on this site works today, and is marked item by item — see the full feature list, where you find your case with what is needed to close it.

The most common questions
Who is behind YOUCART?
YOUCART is a RETEIMPRESE project, the portal of Italian businesses on the web, built by DIFNET S.r.l. — custom software and management systems for structured companies, based in Rome. It is not the project of a supplier you might not find again next year: there is a company with a name, an address and a VAT number, which you find at the bottom of this page.
Is my store's data separate from other customers'?
Yes. Every request is attributed to your store based on the address it comes from, and every read or write is filtered accordingly. The separation is verified by automated tests that run on every code change.
How much does it cost and how do I get started?
Five plans: Starter €24, Pro €59, Business €99, Premium €179 per month (VAT excluded) and Enterprise from €1,500 per month, plus analysis and setup — the detail is on the Pricing page. Plans are not purchased online: you write to us, we understand how you work and configure the store together.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, and it is included in every plan. Domain recognition is already in the product: you tell us which domain to use — it must be registered in your company's name, which is why we cannot do it for you — and we activate it with the certificate. In the meantime the store starts on a dedicated subdomain, yourstore.youcart.it, fully usable.
What happens to my data if I stop using YOUCART?
They stay yours. On request we provide a complete export of catalogue, customers and orders, in a readable format you can reuse elsewhere.
